These terms govern your use of this website and, where you engage us, our electricity bill audit services. By requesting an audit you agree to these terms. "You" means the business requesting the service.
We analyse the electricity billing and interval meter data you provide against publicly available tariff and pricing information, and prepare a report identifying potential billing errors, alternative tariff options and avoidable charges. Where you separately authorise us in writing, we may assist in pursuing credits, tariff reassignments, or retailer comparisons on your behalf. All changes require your approval before being actioned.
The audit report is free. Where we agree a performance fee, it applies only to amounts actually recovered or savings verified against your own metering data, calculated and invoiced as set out in the engagement email or agreement you accept before any fee arises. No finding, no fee.
You warrant that you are authorised to provide the data you supply, that it relates to your business's electricity accounts, and that information you give us is accurate. Savings and recoveries depend on the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide.
We are not an electricity retailer, a licensed financial adviser, or a law firm. Our reports are billing analysis based on your historical usage and published pricing; they are not financial product advice and future costs will vary with your usage and with annual price changes. You remain responsible for decisions about your electricity arrangements.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to resupplying the services or refunding fees paid for them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We take care to be accurate, but analysis depends on data and published schedules that can contain errors or change without notice.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw authority or ask us to delete your data at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies at the time you engage us.
